My go to vendor for parts for my '39 p/u is Joe's Antique Auto in Uxbridge, MA, Joe and his staff are top notch. Fair prices and fast and reasonable shipping. IMO www.joesantiqueauto.com
At this time I am on a budget and looking at locating parts to build this truck up so it is reliable as a everyday driver. The more I dig in the more little things I find worn with a lot of play ect. Mainly engine and suspension parts at this time ,nothing specific. It took me 4 months to locate pistons for it along with correct head gaskets ect. Has the FH 6 G engine.
Thank you to everyones interest and support, I use Joes but have not used Chucks. I will check Chucks out too and bookmark.

Nice-looking truck! I'm in the middle of restoring a '46 1/2 ton pickup, which I bought as a basket case. Mine is a very conservative resto-mod,
so it has a modern transmisson, rear end, braking, but will look stock. my first truck was a '49 F-1, and I'm finding out that parts for the '46 are
exponentially more difficult to find. I have found parts at Dennis Carpenter in NC, a couple of things at Bob Drake, but a lot of what I needed and
great service through Midwest Early Ford in OH. The Early Ford Store in San Dimas, California has a good website for parts shopping as well.
