Alternator test

Hi folks.
I charge my batteries at home with intelligent charger, but maximum that I got after >50h is 13.3v (when charging) and 12.6v (after charging). When I leave the batteries for few days it drops to ~12v.
I have Exide EM1000 50Ah (marine & leasure) batteries. Bought it in February this year.
Charger is Villager 4.0 (brand new).
Now, alternator test:
When is low idle, after starting, AMP lamp is on and multimeter say 12.2v

When I press the throttle, lamp is off, and multimeter says 13.7v.

Where I need to look to solve the problem?
Does Alternator gives maximum that battery can accept?
If alternator is faulty, does can damage the batteries?
Note that the batteries and charger are under warranty, so probably I can change them of they are faulty.

Thanks

When at idle alternator should charge at 14.2-14.4 volts. I have a brand new 1g alternator and it charges at 14.34 volts. Batteries should hold 12.7 volts if they are new. Sounds like your alternator isn't giving enough voltage. And yes a battery can be damaged if charge voltage is too low.

Forgot to mention, measurements is made on the battery, not alternator.
On interior V meter seems to be good.

But however, when is on low idle (afer starting the engine) AMP lamp is ON.

Your batteries might be bad. I like your gauge setup. I don't have an AMP gauge but I would think 50 amps at idle is OK, but I am not sure. Your voltage looks good. So again, I would think the batteries are bad especially if they drop to ~12 volts after only a couple days.

Batteries are 50Ah, probably because of that on the meter is 50.
It is Ambulance and the meters was already installed.

I just looked up those batteries you mentioned and they appear to be the wrong type. The Exide model you list is a Group 34 battery and, at least as far as I know, our IDI engines require two Group 65 batteries. I have no idea what's actually available in Macedonia but you might need to swap your batts for two new Group 65.

Well, here, also in Europe in general, batteries are classified by Ah, not by size. Previous batteries that I bought was 95Ah and ~750CCA, but they were too big to fit in the van.
These Exide batteries fit perfectly and also has 1000CCA, which is enough for cranking the 7.3 (start immediately)

Ok, well I learned something new. Ultimately, if the batteries won't hold at least 12.6 volts they are not good.

Just a side question here, do you pronounce Macedonia with a hard "c" like "Mack" truck or a soft "c" like "sea"? I only recently learned of the difference between older and newer pronunciations of Macedonia. Personally I like the older hard "c" sound, like Mack-edonia.

On macedonian language is Makedonija (with "hard" k, like mack, and j is pronounced like y from yugo).
On English is Macedonia with c like sea ☺️

Well, battery company test the batteries and says is good, but need to be charged completely (they will charge it for me).

Now, what is this part, it is located behind the grill?

As I can track the wires, two of them + one from the alternator (i think from voltage regulator)...

... Goes to this connector

I think that is Daytime Running Lights Module or DRM.
It puts a reduced voltage onto High Beam filaments whenever the key is on, but headlight switch on dash is off.
Are your headlamps on even if the dash switch is off?
The idea of using High Beam for DRM is twofold.
1 the High filaments don't get used as much most of the time, so they won't burn out early.
2 the High Beam pattern is better to attract attention in a sunlit environment.
