The Wealthy Man survives surgery. The Doc tells him it was very risky and is happy to see him now.
The man says, "Doc I am so grateful I'm gonna add you in my will!"
"That's very kind, can I see the prescription I just handed you I may need to make a little change."
"Later the Man calls his doc, "Doc I've followed your prescription, I'm in Baltimore, where should I go next?

I tell the Doc, "We have Dinner for 4."
"Make sure 3 other people are there," he tells me.
