I'm assuming you mean F100 or F250 ranger? If so then yes they should be a direct bolt in.

From what I’ve read the ranger was just a trim package for the f-100’s in those years? His title just says ranger, asked him if it was an f-100. He also said it didn’t have a proportioning valve on it though

If the truck has 5 lugs, it should be a f100. Here is a good link on the brake pressure differential valve and the metering valve. https://www.fordification.com/tech/propvalve101.htm.
