76 F150 and 77 F100 RANGER

MY ? IS, WILL ALL OR MOST OF THE PARTS ON THE 77 RANGER SWAP WITH THE 76, I CAN GET THE 77 FOR 150.00 BUT I WANT TO MAKE SURE I CAN USE MOST OF THE PARTS AS REPLACEMENTS.

Boss, if they wre either both 2X4, or 4X4, your body parts should. Engines, and trannies the same should also.
