2825 = Special Order Number
The usual items of paint, transmission, axles are all filled in, so the reason for the special order is unknown.
You will be able to find, and mix and match, a clutch and bell to use the 351W with that transmission, but you'll have to fabricate engine mounts, and adapt the cooling and exhaust to fit.
And a 351W isn't a heavy duty engine, but would run a good long time in this application, but would suffer under heavy loading and you would need to limit RPM to avoid clutch issues.
Pulling the bed and hoist and slapping that 20 foot box on there will be fairly easy. You may have to use some spacers to get it to sit right but not an engineering challenge. Mind your electrical supply for the lift and tail/stop/signal items.
Looks like you need tires all around.
You should go through the brakes as well. I can't see the insides of the tires, but if you see a leak inside, it's probably brake fluid.
Looks rusty--make sure it's not serious at the suspension mounts etc.
Are you familiar with the two speed axle?
Good luck!
