What part of alabama are you from? I'm in Selma. Junkyards here have long been stripped of anything worthwhile. Do some looking on various craigslist areas. I found an untouched 351 Cleveland in Pensacola for $150. Might get lucky.

I have seen several for sale here in Ala and Ga. but mostly either worn out or there was one here in so. Ala looked good and clean BUT
guy tole me you can only turn it about 1/4 turn either way as somjethin was hitting inside
Prolly a rod that didnt come thru the block.
Anyway sure happy you did get that engine. We never know but Prolly a good one for rebuilding.
