I used Evercoat 100822 epoxy sealer, both interior and exterior. It has been on there for almost 10 years and no failures anywhere. But it is expensive, and the surface must be properly prepped. Also, a 26-1 gun is a necessity.

I also used Evercoat but I did the first coat from a culk gun & tube so I could force it into seams then used Evercoat brush on to put a 2nd coat over the first.
I did this 5+ year now with out any issues.
