wireing generally runs along the door channels with the sill plates covering it.
If you are looking for power you can run the hot wire out to the upfitter switches and the other to a ground. Being in the center it should be fine to run it straight to the dash since no one really sits there.
Or you can set it ontop of the dash and run your working down the center stack. there are mounting hardward to mount it in the tray area.

On my '19 there is a wire harness running from the center console, under the passenger seat, and then to the fuse box under the passenger kick panel. There are also HVAC ducts in various places. So do be careful where you drill in the floor.

Good warning - repairing cables where there’s no slack is a pain. I had to do that after drilling through a cable in our German house, but at least there was a better flash and bang - 230V vs 12V 😳
