On this date in 1973...the NYC Rock Band formerly known as Wicked Lester performed at the Popcorn Club in Queens for the very first time known as KISS. They were paid $50 for 2 sets. The rest...as they say...is rock and roll history. I couldn't find any video of that show...but...here they are late in 1973 at The Coventry...also in Queens.
