I have a question about my SYNC system. On the Ford website at the SYNC update section, searching by VIN it says my system has no updates available. But in the system menu "SYNC-Apps", "Mobile Apps", "App Settings", it says "Update Needed" along with "Request Update", "Enable Apps", and "All Apps">. None of those selections do anything. Is there truly an update available and is it something that needs done at the dealer?
Thanks for any input. Ford website info. SYNC system in my truck. Menu selections in order as follows...... None of these selection do anything.
