Leaking Front Seal

Hey Guys, I got a 96 Explorer Automatic, the transmission troubles are endless and I'm fed up. Anyways I decided to do things on my own here. I have a slight vibration on idle which pretty much clears up with a little throttle, but the front seal leaks like a sive. Approximately a year ago the tranny was supposedly rebuilt by Cottman Trans cost me about 3000 in the end due to some other troubles. Several months down the road she decided not to shift, so this time it went to the stealership. They nailed me $1300 for a seal and a "thorough" inspection and shift solenoid replacement. A month later the front seal took a dump, took it in got it it checked out AGAIN, new seal and front pump bushings, came out with a $600 hole in my pocket. Well its about 10,000 miles later and its leaking like crazy. Had it towed to the stealer and they assumingly said its going to need a new TC and a seal and complete inspection again and front bump bushings, Appraisal: $1300. So now I got the tranny out with no clue as to what to do next. I am mechanically inclined, but I'm not a rocket scientist when it comes to auto trannys. Could you guys please steer me in the right direction. Is there a bearing right behind the front seal that carries the TC which is maybe shot? I was just gonna put a seal in but I dont think it'll to me any good. Im about to take it back to Ford and throw it at them and then set the truck on fire. Thanks a million guys!
