Electrical Malfunction
I then figured I'd go get NHTSA 05V388000 (Ford Recall 05S28) handled since I was near the dealer.
They replaced the harness with 8W7Z-14A411-C, but did not replace the switch.

After pulling out of the dealer, the truck stuttered a bit, so I turned around and parked it.
When I went to restart it, it wouldn't turn over and no power appeared in the dash.
I did hear clicking and the brake lights worked fine, but nothing else.
Then, all of a sudden when I opened the door and the chime came on, it sounded odd and out of tune and everything started going berserk.
Several clicks in the dashboard over and over again, all interior lights including the hood light started blinking and flickering, and the "THEFT" and "4x4" Lights flickered on and off with no other dash signals.
I unplugged the battery, had it towed home, and bought a new car for now unsure of what to do next.
Has anyone had this issue or know what might cause this? Where should I look first?
So far, I have checked the fuses, battery, and alternator. All seem to be in order.
All of the cables, wires, and ground appear to be intact.
Thank you for your assistance.
Even more so when you had it towed home it should have gone to the dealer as something they did was a cause in my book.

That brake switch can short out and cause trouble
I would re take a look at the battery cables and the fuse links
Maybe your ignition switch is coming apart
