it SHOULD raise it the 2". Depending on your engine, diesel or gas there might be a little bit of play, however it should be roughly the advertised lift.
is the pro comp leveling kit with an add-a-leave? if so you should consider maybe bds.. they have a 2.5" hanger.. won't give you a hard ride.

Like 02superstroker said it should give you more or less 2" of lift.
Other options to look into to gain 2" of lift and not affect the ride would be the 2" RCD hanger and shackle or the 2" Edge mini spring pack.
