Are you losing coolant or building excessive pressure in coolant reservoir?
Sounds like a coolant leak into the cylinders. Could be expensive. Possibly head gasket, cracked head, or eroded cylinder due to electrolysis. I'm not for sure, but also could be an injector sleeve in cylinder head.
