Honestly, hit up Crutchfield’s website, take the “quiz” and see what comes up that you like.
There is so much out there that your head will spin.
That being said, both my Ram and F-150 have this:

I spoiled myself with a backup cam on the F-150 as well. I’m pretty sure Rangers have a tailgate handle with the camera in it if you want to go that route.
