2001 F250 v-10 21,500

 

30,000 great miles in 11 mos. 2004 F-250 Diesel. Troubling and confounding steering problem appears to be unique problem in high altitude, high mileage mountain trucks, so far. Working well after the fix. Never enjoyed another vehicle more than this one.

 

'99 F350SD Crew PSD 7.4 Turbo - 127K

We bought in Texas in August and it had 123K miles on it. Drove it home to Ohio (after an oil change in Texas) and had the torque convertor replaced recently (Thank God for warranty purchased). Our Ford tech said its a great truck in great shape. Our super-duper camper & boat hauler :-)

I found it funny that no sooner than we purchased a diesel truck the diesel prices went higher than gas. GO FIGURE!!!!

 

02 f350 xlt cc long box 4x4 psd automatic, 255,000.

 

2001 just hit 100,000 have not repalced a thing, except the back leafsprings with airbags....

 

2004 F250 CC 5.4 3400 miles

 

2 Questions ........ what was yoou first clue the schycro was going ...... and what benefit do you get from a chip in a man trans.

New guy on the block here. My 2000 Ford F-250, V-10, 4x4, Ext. Cab is at 66K. No problems, no complaints.

Well, one complaint. At $2.00 plus a gallon, I get sticker shock sometimes.

 

2003 4x4 F250 V10,6speed= 26000miles.No problems.

So I just have to know more about it.. What engine, I'm assuming 7.3, has it been rebuilt yet? What about trans?
