Howdy!
Does anyone know if mudflaps for a 2022 or older superduty with the factory fender flares will fit a 2024 truck with the Bushwacker OEM style flares?
TIA

I will be determining this exact thing tomorrow morning. OEM flares are painted and ready to go on and I have two different mudflap options sitting on my workbench. DM me your cell and I'll text you pictures good, bad or ugly once I know more.
Can’t wait to see the outcome of your test. My flares were painted and installed this week, but I had to remove the factory mud flaps first. I don’t like not having them on the truck. What brand of mud flaps are you going to try?
I had something typed out and posted, but then re-read your posts and concluded that I misread it initially. We can't delete our posts, so I edited it and deleted my response. Posts still have to be 10 characters minimum, so I typed out ''Nevermind...."

Why not post your outcome right here in the thread so others may see them in the future?
For those of us that have installed the Ford Accessories Bushwacker OE style fender flares on our 23+ so we could be like our older brothers that had factory flares. Many of us were already running mud flaps or splash guards of some sort before installing the fender flares. I was running the Ford OEM splash guards and was happy with them. I live on a gravel road so that little bit of protection was important to me. There have been many discussions about what might work etc so I made it my mission to figure this out.
To date I've tried the Ford OEM flares (both 23+ and the older style), RekGen Trophy Sport, RokBlokz pre 2023, Weathertech (both 23+ and the older style), and multiple types of generic options. UPS and FedEx have been VERY busy! I wasn't happy with any of those options because they didn't fit flush or couldn't be modified to look clean with the Bushwacker flares. I wanted something that utilized the existing holes, and didn't require any further holes to be drilled. The way the Bushwacker flares are installed, most new holes would've required a hole to be drilled through which would've been through the bed fender lip.
I'm relatively happy with where I'm at with this project. I've utilized the Husky Universal mud guards front and rear. Part number 56331 - make sure you don't accidentally order the smaller version which is a different part number. I made templates front and rear using painters tape and determined the best placement I could get with the mud guards. I then transferred the templates onto the Husky's and drilled the holes needed. I used a Unibit to cleanly step the holes so they looked nice and then installed all the bolts with rubber washers. I also placed rubber washers behind the guard to fill in the gap where the fender flare had the bolt pockets.
All and all this took me about 5 hours of playing with the Husky's but I bet I have 13-14 hours into playing with all the other options. I had some help as you can see in the first picture. I have 3 of them running around and I know when a tool goes missing it has been carried away in one of their mouths. I wish the rears provided more vertical coverage, but I'm happy with the positioning on the front. I think I have a solution for the rears if I want more coverage, but my rockers are fully PPF so I may not worry about it.
You'll notice I removed the plastic push retainer on the rear inner position and replaced it with a 1/4-20 shoulder bolt and similar rubber washers. The only holes driller are where I tied the most inner and upper corners of the flaps to the fender liners. I 3D printed a spacer and threaded a #10 truss head auto trim screw through for a little more robustness. I don't think it's actually needed or you could use a nylon spacer from the hardware store. I chose to just stay in the shop and fire the printer up.

These look really nice... great setup. But, yer tellin me the new OE Bushwacker fender flares I just ordered won't allow for the existing stock mudflaps to bolt on?
I ended up with ford oem flaps as they included the support hardware for rear ones. About same price as husky and yes took me about 2.5 hours to install rear ones. Waiting to remove the 37s and go back to 35s for fronts as they would be ripped off before I got out of neighborhood 🙃

The Ford OEM flaps won't fit the Bushwacker fender flares for 23 and 24... Not only do the mounting locations not line up, but the countour angles are different.
