Fun times
I jumped in the '93 F150 to go to town today and the brake light and ABS light was on. What in the world. I got out and looked under the truck, no brake fluid leaks, and the brakes felt normal, so I continued down the hill and then realized, the power windows were not working, and neither were the speedometer, and the radio/clock was blank. I said, this is too much and turned around and went back up the hill and parked in front of the garage to check it out. As I was turning it off, the switch felt funny and didn't travel as far as it usually does. Then the light went on. The switch had never returned to the run position when I started it in the first place, and it was caught in LaLa land. It sure was a head scratcher for a few minutes. The thing is that it is a new OEM switch that is not that old. Maybe I just old man fumble fingered it. Guess I will have to be more aware of it.
