I don't know if a new set would hold better. Mine may have been old and worn. The arm held, just the mirror itself would move.

Good luck! Nobody reproduces them even though I've emailed carpenters and others asking. I sent them the exploded diagram moon rizen posted above. If enough of us ask somebody might make them.

I meant the 56 original oval one's, sadly they don't make the rectangular one's I wish if they would make parts based on order at least they would make a bunch that would sit for several years then remake them when they get out of stock, I have been waiting for months for door handles from Dennis carpenter and still they are out of stock.
