This is on the project I've been working on for my brother-in-law for the last 2 1/2 years (my own personal episode of Overhaulin). It's almost done.
If your truck is custom cab with the cardboard door panels, this is the correct escutcheon to be used. If you are going with a padded custom door panel, they may not fit and look ok. They were used so that the rotation of the window and door handles did not mar the cardboard door panels.
