The tailgates are the same from 1967-1972, it doesn't matter if it is an F100, F250, or F350 as long as they are both styleside beds, the flareside trucks had a different tailgate. The only thing that might be different is the molding for the different trim levels on the styleside beds.

You looking at a good used one in your area? Or were you looking at the listings for new ones and they didn’t list them as the same?
If a used one, does it match your color and does it have matching trim to yours?
