Alternator issues
Fuses are good. Fusable link is good and the block is grounded .
I have no idea why it will not put out f
More than .04 volts from the stud. I'm completely baffled. Could I have bought 2 bad alternators? Idk I don't think so.
Motors a 92 non turbo 7.3
Chassis is a 94 f350 witch did have a turbo in it I used the turbo wiring harness when I put this non turbo in this truck so I could mount the glow plug controller on the valve cover instead of the back of the engine. Could this wiring harness be my problem?
Here's the wiring harness for a 1994 truck. First thing I would do is use a multimeter to ensure you have 12 volts going to the alternator. Sometimes the fuseable links burn out.
And make sure your charge indicator light isn't burnt out.
