Strain on drivetrain
I have a 1995 F150 with the 302, M5OD-R2, and 3.55 gears. Right now I’m running 35s and was wondering if I was putting any strain on the drivetrain because of the 3.55s pared with the 35s.

Yes.. the clutch and transmission have to absorb that extra load.
If you have not done so already I'd suggest recalibrating the speedo, and then start saving up for 4.30 gears for both axles.
