I'm close to finishing putting a new 6.7l in my truck and forget where the ground strap above the brake master cylinder that's hooked to the frame where the hood seal is goes to. I feel like it might have been on the bracket that holds the transmission dipstick and is screwed into the bell housing but can't remember. Any ideas?
I think I figured it out. I looked at the back of my old driver side head and there was a screw I left barely screwed in which would line up with the strap location and length. So if that is correct wouldn't there be a ground strap for the other head?
