Question Parts swap ?? 78 bronco to 79 f-150

Hello, I have a 78 bronco that I would like to swap the steering column, steering box and shaft over to my 79 f-150 4x4. The bronco has tilt/cruise and the 150 doesn't . Are the wire connentors the same on each vehicle? direct bolt/plug in?
Also the bronco has sway bars front and rear and I would like to swap rear ends, is the front sway bar easy to swap to the 150?
Thanks

A pillar = windshield.
B pillar = post behind front door.
The column is probably a direct bolt in since they are both 4x4 but electricals may be different. I don't have a wiring diagram that shows that. Someone else will probably know.

everything u r doing should bolt up, worst case u have to drill holes to mount the sway bar to the frame, but they might be there already

Thanks for the replys!!!
My F-150 has a loose steering gear box and steering column w/ bad bearings and turn signal switch that is bad. The wire connectors are my biggest concern, I don't want to redo the factory connectors.
My rear end the posi has worn clutches and a yoke that leaks and grease seal on the right side that leaks.
I bought this bronco w/ tight steering and the former owner was a driveline mech. who rebuilt the rear end a few years back. I have already swapped out the door panels and plan on getting what I can of off the bronco before sending it off. I plan on getting the transfer case & front end also. The bronco has a skid plate for the gas tank, would that work on the 150?

Thanks again for the HELP!!!

FYI- Many of the wires in these connectors can be removed by using a small tool to unclip the connector pin. They can then be moved to different connector housings etc.

The difference between cruise & no cruise is the special harnesses of the cruise control.

A truck with cruise incorporates the *power to horn* to make it *Power to cruise module*

If you would like more in-depth info, let me know.

Yes the doors will fit. If you have a supercab, the bronco brackets will match the contour of the floor. But if it's a regular cab, you will need to alter the brackets or make new ones, but it can be done...
