4x4 Not Engaging

I got a 2006 F350 6.0 powerstroke that doesn't active it it's 4x4. I got stuck on gravel the other day and tried to active 4x4 automatically and manually(locking hubs). But it still don't spin the front tires. No idea what my problem here could be. Just need someone to lead me the right direction in seeking out what the issue might be. Thank you.

Does the light come on when you flip the switch?

texastech_diesel no it does not. It doesn't show me when it's on or off. Nothing lights up.

Are the relays still attached up by the driver's side battery?

Do you have a factory door code keypad and does it work?

Fuse #3 in the distribution box under the hood is good?

yes i got a code and it works

yes. Just checked to see for any damage on it. All good.
