6.0 troubles

Hello i was told to try you all from the super duty forum i have a 2006 f350 6.0 before I bought the truck the heads have been bullet proffed and the issue im having is when I drive it and it gets hot it won't start until it cools off i already replaced the stand pipes which were new and now i replaced the ipr valve and the small valve or sensor in the passenger side valve cover and im still having the issue i have no lights on the dash.

Also I started watching my oil pressure gauge in side while cranking the engine and it doesn't build oil pressure until it starts so is the engine oil pump bad or is it the hpop

Please help im at a lost

Very important to have OEM oil filter and OEM oil filter cap also check to make sure you get oil flow to filter house while cranking

going off of your basic no start hot description and parts changed (OEM Best here) already and taking into consideration typical fails in this area you also have DPLUG and STC FITTING that can cause issues with oil pressures sometimes an inject sticks open

You need to see live data sensor do you have gauges

The LPO switch is an idiot light, it reads full at 7psi and will never move unless pressure goes below that point. The engine runs at a higher operating LPO pressure than it can measure. On my truck it doesn't move until after the truck is started, so it has no diagnostic value IMO.

Can probably set that aside for now, at least long enough to do an air test of the HPO system and see if there are any leaks. The seals on the top of the injectors, and the seals between the nipple cups and the rail are also common failure points.

When you say "no lights on the dash" do you mean they're burned out? Or something else?

IMO:
Air test HPO system
Send the dash to Circuit Board Medics and get it sorted out
Get some kind of a system to read live data so we aren't (educatedly) guessing in the dark

I went with AutoEngenuity:

But the TorquePro app on a cellphone plus a bluetooth OBDII dongle is a good enough starting point.

Don’t forget FORScan lite with a blue tooth OBD II reader. On of the cheaper setups out there.

Reading in context, I think by "no lights on the dash" he meant no "Check Engine" or warning lights. We'll let him clarify.
