New to the forum. I am bringing this thing home in a week or so - picked it up from a very good buddy of mine (retired guy) i'm 38. he's got too many cars to drive now and i've been after him for 4 years to buy it and he finally was ready. I am used to rebuilding and working on old 2 stroke 80/90's sport quads and trikes so this will be a nice change of pace for me. It's pretty unique from what he tells me about it. here's a few photos. Chevy 350 motor, turbo 350 trans, S10 rear end, late model stock car front end. It's no show truck but more of what i'm calling an "old shop truck" and that's how i'll plan to keep it, but do some updates to it. He's got a stash full of parts he's been hoarding for it so that will help with the updates i want to do since i'll have the parts already. He hasn't had it on the road in a handful of years so i'm hoping to get it back road worthy sooner than later and take him for a cruise shouldn't take much. Anyway, i'm sure i'll be lurking around and maybe even asking questions when i start to dig into this thing.
