Need some help diagnosing the issue with my truck. I have the ABS light on solid. It’s on from the moment I start the truck. Brake light is not on, and I confirmed that it does work. Speedo still works. Cruise control does not work. Can’t seem to find any info on this.
Edit: My brain is so fried from trying to look this up, I forgot to mention I’m working on a 1995 F150 XLT RWD
Edit 2: ABS light is flashing 16 times.

Telling us what you are working on helps
Most of them prior to 1995 you need to ground a wire to make the module flash out a code with the ABS lamp
Then you take that code and do the pinpoint tests
Usually replace the RABS valve on the frame when the resistance through the coil is out of spec
You are guessing without proving out the light
We are guessing on what you are working on
I have a '95 F-150 302 auto, when my ABS light was on and my cruise control didn't work, my solution was to replace the third brake light bulb (the one on the top of the cab...I believe that's what it is called)... it was corroded in the housing from years of water leaking into it...put a new bulb in, ABS light went out and cruise started working....good luck.

I just replaced it a few weeks ago with new non-led bulbs.

Do you know where I can find a copy of procedure? I was not aware of this.
Not really sure what you guys want me to answer with. I’m trying to diagnose why my ABS light is on. I have no idea how to get the abs light to dash with the codes. I’ve spent all day looking up how to do it, and nothing seems to work.
How to retrieve codes is in post #2 in the thread titled ABS from 04-18-24
I tried grounding and ungrounding the plug I found under my glovebox to the frame, and could not get it flash. I was unable to find a red obd1 port under my hood like I’ve seen in some other posts.
RABS and powertrain systems are separate so the OBD port isn’t going to help. Have you checked the fuses?
Fuses all look okay. I did notice that the fuse that was on there was a 15 amp instead of a 20, but it was not blown. Furthermore, I’ve noticed that’s there’s two different brightnesses for the light. When I start the truck it will be max brightness for a second then dim down and stay solid. When I pull the fuse it’ll stay solid at max brightness.
I’ve attached some pics to show what I mean about the different brightnesses. I currently have LED bulbs in the cluster, not sure if that matters. The cruise control was not working before I changed them either. But that could also be from my faulty crash sensors.
Turns out was grounding the wrong plug. Finally got the thing to flashout. I can’t tell if this thing is flashing 15 or 16. For some reason it’s not letting me upload a video, so hopefully this iCloud link works:
