I just got a 19 F350. It has stock radius arms, has a 2.5” puck/spacer level kit, and 37x12.5r18 on +18 offset Methods 705. It currently runs the stock radius arms.
My question is if the 2.5” BDS radius arms provide any additional clearance to prevent/reduce rubbing? I know the Carli RA’s provide a specific cutout… just haven’t heard specifically if BDS offers any improved clearance.

don’t know if this will help but here’s a couple pictures of mine with 38 x 13.5 tires.
Yes, I run them and get no rub with 37" tires. I get a slight, and I mean slight rub on the front sway bar but I'm replacing that with a hellwig.
There was another thread recently where one pist said that he had rub on the BDS radius arms with 37's on stock wheels. I was surprised to read that at the time, but now I'm confused on what the real deal is. I wonder if his were a wider tire, like 37x 13.5.

Do you have much rub with your current setup? 37x12.5 on +18 offset wheels (depending on width) shouldn't have much radius arm rub. A 9" wide, +18 offset wheel gives you around 3/8" more clearance off the arms compared to stock wheels., so you shouldn't need much more clearance to avoid rub. I can't imagine the BDS arms not giving enough additional clearance with that wheel and tire setup to completely eliminate the rub.

I don’t think the stock rims have the required backspacing that aftermarket rim can have you need about 4 1/2 inches backspacing.

Except for the fact that 37's can be run on stock wheels with other aftermarket arms and have zero radius arm rub. That's why I was surprised that it wasn't the case, at least in one person's experience, with BDS radius arms.

yeah I was running (on my ‘21 f250) the stock 20x8 +40mm wheels with just a set of Kumho AT52’s in 37x12.50
i rubbed pretty good on stock radius arms and a 2” level
then with these same wheels/tires I put on a bds 4” radius arm lift kit and they still rubbed
less than the stock arms, but still rubbed nonetheless…..and aside from the fact I could feel it in the steering wheel when it occurred I also received the missing paint on the radius arm from the rubbing which made me more sad because I knew they had more clearance than stock and I was hoping it would work out
in the end it took getting a wheel with less backspacing to stop the rubbing on that truck

I currently do have rubbing, on my passenger radius arm only. So I need to address the off center axle before I can say for sure, but it rubs hard on that passenger side. None on the driver side.
