Aod transmission swap
I have a 93 ford f150 4x4 aod transmission and a 91 ford f150 truck that the aod is junk in did they change anything when they did the body style change or will the transmission go right in

Same engine and both 4x4 it should be pretty much a bolt in.

Well the 93 had a 351 and the 91 has a 302

AOD never came behind a 351W in a truck from the factory

The ‘93 should have an overdrive cancel button on the shifter stalk for the E4OD. What is the transmission code on the driver’s side B pillar on the ‘91?
