Yes, but you will need to include the linkage for the TPS cable or linkage from the throttle to the trans. Also be aware your ECU is gonna set codes complaining that the trans is not talking to it.

Gonna guess the forward clutch pack is roached in that 70W.
If one has skill enough to R&R a trans, one can replace the forward clutches in these. I would have the converter rebuilt while out, mild shift kit, and motor on.
