1995 7.3 powerstroke

so i have 1995 7.3 power stroke, and it will run fine a a couple days and it will charge no problem but sometimes i go out to start it in the morning and there will be zero power to the truck and the batteries will be completely dead, Ive replaced the alt wiring, replaced the alt. just seeking guidance on where to start and see if there is anyone else that has had this issue.

Check the glow plug relay might be sticking allowing the glow plugs to stay on
