I replaced my stock 34? gallon tank with 55 gallon Titan tank. I have 2019 F350 short bed supercrew cab. I cannot recall the foam issue ever causing a delay in filling up. My local Ford dealer is an authorized Titan dealer so it was easy to get the swap.done. NOTE: The new titan tank becomes the lowest point on bottom; they had to remove the shield that came with FX4 package. I would do same upgrade if I purchased a short bed again, very well worth it. Also the biggest benefit is I never drag my camper thru a gas pump anymore; I always land at new campground with at least a third of tank so I can drive around and get lowest fuel price.
I got a quote for a 68gallon tank from s b filters installed for 2100 i need some one to install it for im old and don't do those things anymore now I have to figure out if it's worth the price
Do you have long bed ? On a short bed anything above 55 gallons would likely be very low to ground. As our F350 is primarily used to tow our 5th wheel, we really do like it. Why not visit manuf website to find authorized dealers ? My purchase/install was around $2200. The first time I pulled our rig into a crazy tight gas pump (no other options) I swore I would pay a zillion dollars to avoid repeating that experience.

Was that tank and install or just install.
I had a supposedly reputable place by me quote me that for just the install. It was crazy. Obviously didn't go with that guy and never will for any other work lol
That was everything but after looking at the sb tanks I only see a more expensive one for the long bed so I would imagine it's another 300.00
yeah they wanted 800.00 to install it they said I'm getting bids from another place and we will see

The tank for the long bed truck is about $100 more than the short bed from what I was seeing. 800 for install isn't terrible but isn't great.

Got my 68 gallon tank installed by a local Ford tech on the side for $400. Definitely shop around on the install
you are rights it's only 100.00 more for a long bed but after reading some other post will it hang down farther so it scrapes
Farther than the stock tank? I think s&b says about 1 to 1.5in. I noticed it sits lower than stock on my truck too. But I don't offroad my truck so that's not a huge deal. The increased range is a game changer for sure though.

ok I don't off road either my truck is for towing my trailer it's a 2017f250and I only have 38,000 miles on it I suppose it's not really broke in yet but a larger tank would be nice though
The biggest draw back has been the fill neck. The high flow pumps at the truck stops can't be used anywhere near their potential. So it does take some time to fill up compared to the stock tank. It's not unbearable, it's more like using a regular pump.

I read that on the s b tanks is that also true for the titan tanks

well im guess im all messed up with ford specs i thoung i had a long bed but when I entered my Vin on kbb it said I had a short bed so I measured it and it's only 6.34 so I guess I have a short bed that's why I don't have a 48gallons tank and only 34 gallon humm
You can still use the high flow truck stop pump nozzles, you just can't use it on the fastest setting. I use the 1st and 2nd click with no issues at all.
