Wondering if anyone has had same problem as me. Ordered tons of stuff for the '65 last black friday from summit. Performer intake, the whole 9 yards. Took advantage of their 15% off promo. To this day have yet to see my discount. Wife has been battling for MONTHS and keeps getting the runaround. Countless phone calls and endless aggravation. Received email this morning that won't be getting the discount as stated! Even more ****** off since shop there often and have spent tons more recently. Called again to try and settle once and for all and was told it's out of their hands, nothing they can do. Maybe time to start spending my money elsewhere.
I've probably spent $10,000 with Summit over the past several years, never had a problem. Always great prices and great customer service.
That's what makes it even more frustrating. Never a problem in the past or even since. My order qualified for $150 credit. They even promoted the deal here on FTE. At first was told just needed time to process. Now it's become a flat out refusal.
Same experience as Instig never had a problem. I ordered a set of pistons 3 weeks ago they showed up and one of them was damaged and not by UPS. They immediately sent me another set and a return label. I suspect what may have happened to you is the discount wasn't applied at checkout in that case you are probably sol.

FWIW, even though you didn't get the 15% discount, I believe you likely paid a competitive price for your items. Summit will always match another vendor's advertised price.

We've been working with @AZSCAWPION and his wife to resolve this. It's a hang-up with Synchrony getting them their 15% statement credit back. We've reached out to Synchrony ourselves to try and get this taken care of. One way or the other we'll get this resolved and make it right with @AZSCAWPION and his wife.
Alright here's what we've found out. Thanks to @AZSCAWPION for kicking this off so this could be looked into.
The good news is that AZSCAWPION will get their statement credit from Synchrony. Unfortunately, Synchrony doesn't have an exact timeframe for it. Synchrony is aware of the issue and is working to resolve the delay caused by a glitch with one of their third-party vendors that processes the statement credit registrations. This delay is at no fault of Summit Racing. While Synchrony doesn't have an estimated time for when AZSCAWPION will receive the statement credit, please rest assured that they are fully committed to fixing the problem.

Sorry, it took all that time for Synchrony to get that credit back to you but glad that it has officially been resolved.
