Hi ! ...I'm new here , and very glad to be able join here. I'm having issues with my 94 E 150 Van. I put a new fuel pump on , new fuel filter. And new fuel regulator, and still giving me trouble. Instead of acting like it's starving for gas , now it seems like it getting too much gas and it wants to die, and the smell of gas is soo strong. Can someone give me an idea of what it could be, pls and thank you. !

Have your codes checked
Check your MAP sensor
With the right test equipment, you can watch those O2 sensors switch on your 1994 OBD1 van and check the MAP sensor PID et al.
A NGS is out of reach for most but try to find someone who has one to use on your van
Could be about 20 things
Narrow it down the best you can, any way you can

Check your connections from Throttle body to air cleaner box. My guess is you may have fubar'd your air sensor reading with possible air leak. Just a possibility, and look for any hoses removed, that may have gotten over-looked. (I'm good for that).
My mech told me that Subaru's are temperamental with air sensor's.
Also, for peace of mind, you can rent a fuel pressure gauge at O'Reilly's or Autozone.
I've even used their strobe lights to check injector pulse during diagnostics too.
