Thank you fuzz face and Franklin the truck is running again. It definitely needs some fine tuning though. I replaced the gas hose going from gas tank all the way to the carb with 5/16 and it took a lil effort to get it started initially but she’s running fine now. I had to adjust my idle screw due to having to bump the gas to keep it running. I got a video here.
I’m pretty positive I can but just in case. I can adjust the distributor timing while the motor is idling correct? Slightly back and forth for fine tuning?

Yes, adjust the hold down bolt so you can turn it, but requires a firm grip and some effort. You do not want it floating around as the engine is running.
