Wire harness swap
Is there any reason why I could not use a 2000 engine wire harness with a 2002 underhood harness? Both are 7.3 Powerstroke. It seems the only difference would be the trigger wire for the solenoid which they moved to the starter for 02'. Is the trigger wire in the engine harness on the 02? Cause it was in the under hood harness on the 00' My plan is to use the old style starter/battery cables from the 2000. The cable system is far superior to that cheesy wire clamp of the 02
