Yes. All Ford transfer cases will bolt up to all Ford 4x4 transmissions. Just make sure the c6 is a 4x4 version. The c6 may be longer than the 4 speed, so it may require some modifications to make everything fit, like shorter and longer driveshafts. If you have a donor truck with the c6, you will have a lot of the small parts you need. If you have a donor that is a shortbed also, you will have the rear driveshaft you need.
