Missing and running rich
I have a 1992 f150 and I just put a 1994 5.0 in it with all 92 electronics and it’s running rich and runs rough like it’s missing. I’m about to put new plugs and see if that helps but I’ve put new injectors in, plug wires, plugs, new vacuum lines, EGR and EGR position sensor. The two cylinders that seem to be the problem are 5 and 7.
I got it all figured out it was the firing order. Once I switched it over it ran great!

I cannot read the numbers on the wires. The ‘92 firing order or the ‘94 order?

When's the last time the O2 sensor has been replaced?

That is the wrong firing order for a ‘94 engine. Did you look at the TSB I posted?

I had a misfire on mine when I did the plugs and wires BEFORE I put the wire clips on to keep the closely firing wires apart from one another.

High voltage likes to jump.
Basically another wire is stealing the spark.

fire the truck up after dark and open the hook and look at the plug wires. if it's jumping, you'll see the spark moving
from wire to wire.
