CAI probably won’t get you much improvement but there are a few who feel like they provide some benefit. I have the diff cover. I don’t really need the additional cooling as I sold my big trailer. With that said, the cover makes it easier to perform routine maintenance if you are the type that likes to change diff fluid more often than recommended in the owners manual.
I have an iDash and it’s convenient to look at various readings for the truck but these trucks have a tendency to go from zero to broke so having a few numbers on a dash pod may not matter very much. No idea about the tuner. I don’t think my truck needs one.
had some maint problems while on a 2000 mile trip. Ford was backed up in appts for 2 months for 100s of miles .
went thru some idash snap shots from when engine was fine…noticed a sensor deviation, ordered the sensor and problem was solved.
so if you get an idash and periodically snap shot key data for future reference the idash can be useful. But you can also snap shot useful data with free software such as odlink.
As soon as the Banks diff cover for the 11.6 is available, I will buy it just for bling. I have never had a diff problem in my life, and this seems like a solution looking for a problem, but they are blingy.
Pedal Monster and iDash yes, rest, no unless you want the bling. The PM will wake up the off the line stuff, and the iDash as mentioned is great for monitoring. For example I monitor my DF soot level %. Truck has said it was full many many miles ago, yet its only at 77% now. I manually regen when I know it will get done before I am done driving.
Nephew just bought a PM for his F150 and ordered through Amazon for faster shipping. Let me know how it works. Drive a F350 Cab Chassis and with the detune has a bad lag off the line.
I got a cover for the drain plug and to feel better when I overload my rear axle.
also on the Banks site they had some unpainted ones on clearance
also found this coupon for 15% online
try adding it to the cart to see if it works still

They had a good deal on Amsoil gear lube also
I don't think I'd worry about the iDash. The only thing it really monitors that matters is EGTs. But if you have a stock 6.7 your EGTs don't really get to crazy. Just add the temps to your gauges so you can monitor your coolant temp.

That's the way I'm leaning... Removing the pod from the A pillar evertime it goes to the dealer would be a pain in the ****. And not to mention I would probably not be able to figger out how to use it anyway.
