First post on here and hoping to get some help! I have a 1989 Ford F-250 XLT Lariat. I recently removed the back panel off of the tailgate and I like the look of it better without. Only issue is the holes. Do you all have any advice or know exactly what to use to plug those holes?

Sure! Put the panel back on!
(Sorry, but that was just too easy!)
I have no idea if there is such a creature out there, and you may either have to "make do" with something from the hardware store, or have them welded-up.
I like the large sheet metal emblem better, myself. Wish I had that style of tailgate on my 97. On my old two tone 89 I had used turtle wax sticker remover to remove the outer layer of paint on that part. It turned out pretty good.
