take it to your dealer and see if you can get the steering damper customer service satisfaction done on it. I took my 2019 in for a tail gate unattended opening and they did a damper replacement .

yea I was looking for something little stiffer for Towing I'm not sure if putting a oem on again would help it thankd
i dont see why the fox 2.0 stabilizer wouldnt work? mines been great for a few years now. easy install with a pickle fork to pop off the OEM one. fox one installs exact same way as stock. bilstein sells one as well.
From what I've seen, the "death wobble" TSB that swaps the steering stabilizer out, is for 4x4 only. So probably wasn't an option anyway.
I wouldn't have even known or thought that the 2wd SD has one. I would imagine if you can get the dimensions of your OE damper (stroke, ext and comp length), there might be an aftermarket damper that closely matches it.
I have a fox 2.0 damper in steering damper position wasn’t enough for 37” tires.
left the fox damper in and installed fox dual steering stabilizers. 3rd truck I have used these on…once I got two dampers with no air valves, once I got a shock with no air valve, and currently the fox shocks in the dual steering stabilizer system has an air valve which I use nitrogen in.
there is also a fox 2.5 with resivor so it depends what you are after.
yes but doesn't it say for 4x4 I call up a bilstein store and they told me no rwd just 4x4 because of the suspension oh well
it saved me money
Sorry, I'm not sure what you are getting at...I think you are saying the same thing I did. Bilstein does not have a steering damper for a 2wd of your year. They DO have one for '99-'09 2wd/RWD, that is the part in the Amazon link. And based on reviews from those who tried it outside of that year range, it's too short.

yes they all sellones but they are for a 4x4 i need one for a rwd all i can find for a damper is fords replacement oh well
