Ford ecoline e350 v8 Automatic Trans, 2006 model
Hello please can anybody help me and assist me with advice on my car? When it is in neutral gear and you press the gas pedal its rev high also of the gear is in reverse it's accelerate with good force but if the gear is on Drive and you press the gas pedal its accelerate heavily like the gear is in gear 2 or 3 instead of gear one kindly help me I'm frustrated thanks.

If you have an OBD2 adapter and FORScan, you can check and see what gear it's actually in. That is where I'd start. I'm sure others can give you more advice after that. For an adapter, you can get a Bluetooth adapter that will allow you to connect to your phone. With FORScan lite on your phone, you can then check a lot of issues.

Is the check engine light on? You might have a transmission fault limiting you to one forward gear.
Definitely get FORscan if you can but use a generic scanner if that’s all you have.

Sounds like you have the tranny in "Tow/Haul" selection, Button on the end of the gear selector, lit is tow/haul, not lit, off, normal.
If not lit, just press the button see if it shifts normal, you can do it while driving
