I have a 2014 F350 with 166K miles. I've done all the scheduled maintenance. I live in a cold weather climate, and last winter, noticed while accelerating in 4WD the truck hesitated, felt like it was missing and lost power. The wrench light came on but the truck continued to run. The wrench light would turn off when I restarted the truck. I noticed this happening in specific circumstances, when accelerating in snowy conditions in 4WD. It almost always happens around 40mph. Took it to my mechanic. They replaced the spark plugs and it continued to happened. They then replaced coils 3 & 4 which they said were misfiring. It continued to happen. Took it to the Ford Dealer, and they couldn't find anything. I had the transmission, front and rear differentials serviced.
The snow is gone, but in 2WD and around 40mph I still feel the truck hesitate. I'm at a loss as my mechanic (who is excellent) and the dealership can't find anything. I don't know if this is a vacuum, fuel or transmission problem. It happens consistently, I'm hoping someone has experienced something like this.
The only code that came up at a different time than the wrench light was P061B-00 Internal Control Module Torque Calculation Performance - Not current DTC
