Well after measuring the lower radiator pipes and the flathead housings looks like I'm going to need offset hoses. Am I not seeing it correctly? I don't want to break the radiator by running straight hoses and putting strain on it. Not seeing anything for sale for a 53.
Are you by chance using an aftermarket style radiator? Otherwise there should only be an offset of 3/8" - 1/2".
nice. I thought they would be alot shorter. Using stick radiator but its not mounted yet so figured it would be alot closer to the engine. Straight hoses will work then. Thabks for the pics.

The Ford parts catalog says they should be 10.88" long, cut from bulk straight 1 3/4" hose.
