'85 I6 Feedback Carb Rich Idle Question

I hated the Lean Burn Systems and I did not have to repair them.
I worked at a dealer in the body shop and if a car was parked in the back 40 it took for ever to bring the car into the shop.
Every time you put it into gear it would stall no matter how much throttle you gave it.
You had to like it warm up forever before you could move them.
The boss did not believe me or the other guys about this till we told him to go get a car.
No more bitching from the boss LOL

Carb is back in. It's running better than when i bought it. I ordered the rebuild kit on rock auto for about 20 bucks plus shipping. The rebuild kit had everything minus jets and needle. It did have all the parts for the float pin and seat. It had a steel check ball but no weight. New pump diaphragm and tube. Definitely worth it.
