I would like to let everyone know my recent Experience with Ford Accessories Placed order online delivered to dealer One item was broken the other wrong part tried to return to dealer they said no have to go through website . Went to website they say no must go through dealer Call dealer and they say no way go through website . Anyone else have this happen ??
