I should have had this set when I did my S&S DPK kit install as I had tools spread out all over under the hood when I did the install because I lost one bolt for the dip stick mount and one Gear Wrench ratcheting 8mm wrench behind the engine...
I just recently installed the Mishimoto H13 2 Stroke 4.0 LED bulbs in my wife's 11 Escape... I dropped a slotted screw driver that dropped into the plastic skid plate piece underneath. I had to pull the car up onto ramps to retrieve it. No more. Pulled the trigger on the set of these...
The tray is 17 inches wide and the tray is about 1.5 high.
$99 for the set with free shipping... Minus my ridiculous state tax I paid... I think added up individually, I think the set would cost $127 if bought separately. Can't wait to use one to see what I've been missing.

Looks good! I usually set up a 6ft folding table for all tools and parts. That and magnetic trays.
This for sure, magnetic trays are the best way to go. A silicone tray will fold, bend, and drop if bumped and still dump your stuff to the ground. When I got my S&B hot pipe they asked me if I wanted a complimentary silicone tool tray shipped with my order for waiting two months for the back order.......I declined.
Haha... Way to show me up Fritz. Yep that's about the same thing for 70 less.
I like how the conversation got fired up here on this plus I'll have to look into those other options as well. Thanks guys.... That's why I start threads like this so everybody gets involved and maybe presents stuff we've never as well as me FYI-ing stuff as well... Good stuff.

Why not take it if it's free? Could be used to work on or clean a handgun for example... Just saying. Or be placed on top of one of those trays...

To me those are a gimmick and useless, more junk laying around and not going to be used.....(free had nothing to do with it). I use a tool tray that is rigid and magnetic.
